What dealers actually ask.

Today Amolphi integrates directly with Sandpiper (the inventory layer for Quail antique mall POS). Items push to Sandpiper with a unique barcode that scans natively at checkout. Square integration is in active development and will land next, with custom ringout — a checkout flow built for negotiated antique-retail pricing — following shortly after.
Always. The AI suggests a price; you make the call. Edits sync back to your POS automatically. You can also feed the AI a hint and ask it to re-price an item — useful when there's context the photos alone miss, like a maker's mark you spotted or a signed piece.
Both work. Amolphi started as a Pokémon and TCG card pricer with specialized fields for set, card number, rarity, and condition. It now handles generalist antique inventory — pottery, glassware, linens, furniture, ephemera, and everything in between. Label formats are tuned per item type.
For capture, just your phone. For labels, a Rollo thermal printer (around $200, one-time) is the standard recommendation. Labels print as standard PDFs, so any printer that can handle thermal label stock works. No barcode scanner needed — your POS handles the read at checkout.
Yes. Each helper gets their own login. The coordinator sees every batch across the team from a single dashboard, while each helper works in their own queue. Designed for estate sale teams and shops with several people working intake at once.
